Fashion label CHARLES & KEITH continues to establish its presence in the metaverse by opening the doors to CHARLESKEITHHAUS. Hosted on The Sandbox from 13 March, the virtual platform offered an immersive and entertaining way of engaging with and experiencing the brand’s universe.
Every detail of the fashion house is modeled after the Spring Summer 2023 campaign, “State of Play”. From the curation of fun Spring Summer 2023 styles, to the colorful palette of the domain, and even an NFT gallery showcasing the new campaign images, all the elements come together to encourage experimentation and exploration.
Visitors took part in in-game quests like quizzes and parkour challenges, and stood a chance to redeem an NFT of this season’s It bag, the Petra Curved Shoulder Bag, by seeking out a secret room upon the completion of all quests. The rooftop runway showcased the new collection in “real” time, and participants could purchase a selection of digital wearables to wear and show off in The Sandbox.
There was also a special guest appearance by virtual K-pop artiste APOKI, who threw a rooftop party dressed in the latest collection and debuted her latest hit single ‘Mood V5’.
