First Half: Cambodia 1-1 Lebanon
This was the game we couldn’t lose and now only did we achieve that but many finished watching last night’s game thinking we could’ve got more.
True to form Cambodia started show and gifted Lebanon a 1-0 lead on 7 minutes. Lebanon were utilizing their clearly visible physical advantage by getting the ball wide and crossing at much as possible but also forcing Cambodia long knowing they could get the ball back. The goal was another example when Nasseer shrugged off three challenges to find space and his shot deflected into the net. The early set back didn’t concern Cambodia and they came back creating good chances. Ratana and Ratanak are at the heart of most good things. They were finally rewarded just before half time when a free kick aimed deep was met at the far post and put back across goal only to be diverted into the net by a Lebanon defender. Going in losing at half time wouldn’t have been fair on either side.

Second Half: Cambodia 2-2 Lebanon
The second half was all Cambodia in the opening 15 minutes. A sweeping move down the left side opened up the opportunity and Nora instead of shooting cut back to the edge of the box and Sor Ratana side foot home.
The celebration was rehearsed but we loved it. It shows the growing togetherness of a group getting better and better. Dauna clicked into gear and was at the heart of most things good as the game progressed into the later stages but Cambodia couldn’t find that killer third goal and were punished with a late equalizer.

What Does It Mean?
The reality of this group is the best chance we have is finishing second and qualifying as one of the four best runners up.
Saudi beat Mongolia 3-1 as expected and they will most likely finish with 9 points . The battle for second will be a little math battle between the other three.
Beat Mongolia and lose by the least amount of goals we will have a great chance.
