Angkor Tiger FC recent form

Last season was a strange one for Angkor Tiger during their first season under new coach Alistair Heath. At the start of the season they had the best attack in the league, but form dipped as they failed to strengthen the  side. Finished 7th in the end and released a number of top players including Mouzinho.

Most recently lost 7-0 in the league cup to NagaWorld.

Angkor Tiger  FC Trophy Haul

Have yet to win any trophies, with a 4th placed league finish and a 3rd place in the Hun Sen Cup being their most notable performances. Could be described a bit of sleeping giant.

Angkor Tiger FC Stadium

Currently play at the very decent Hanuman Stadium, a ground they are not the owners of. Recently announced exciting plans to build a new stadium, one of two planned for Siem Reap.

Who is the Angkor Tiger FC Coach?

Managed by Englishman Alistair Heath, renowned for his passion and exciting attacking football. This will be his second season in charge and the pressure will be on to do better this year.

Top Players

Let a lot of top layers such as Iago, Gabriel and Mouzinho leave this year. No real marquee players at the moment, with them expected to make signings closer to the start of the season.

Midfielder Sophal is the current captain and lynchpin of the team. Boast a number of quoits young players, who have recently been given a lot of match time. Can best be described as building for the future.

Angkor Tiger Fc FC 2023-24 Expectations?

Need to improve on last year and finish higher. Whether this will happen will depend greatly on how much they strengthen. A good tip for a run in the cup maybe.
