Matchday three and another exciting weekend ahead with 4 games to be played. Crowns exploits in the AFC Cup have earned them a weekemd off domestic action.
Only one game today and it could be a relegation six pointer already. Tiger will host Kirivong at Hanuman stadium hoping to kick start their season into gear. Tiger were decent against ISI and were good in the first half against Boeung Ket, however you always know that these teams are one gear away from being too good for Tiger to compete.
Kirivong started away at Vishaka with a loss but drew at home with Tiffy Army last weekend. Home form for them will be important and away from home they need to snatch what they can.
Prey Veng stunned everyone last weekend with a 5-0 smashing if ISI. They take on Boeung Ket and a rejuvenated Vatanakha who scored two goals last weekend.
Top of the charts currently is Marcus Haber who has scored four times in the opening two games. His side Svay Rieng face Nagaworld who were bought down to earth last weekend by a ruthless Vishaka team. Svay Rieng have started with a swagger, will they be able to continue their great start Sunday evening.
The second evening kick off on Sunday will be between Vishaka who host ISI. This was a game picked our my myself when the fixtures first came out at a clear indication of where ISI are going to be this season. I still believe that is the case but after last weekend it’s a seemingly a lot easier to pin point where they’ll finish already. They will need a miracle to get anything on Sunday night.
