Dave Leduc to Fight in Cambodia

According to the Facebook page of Myanmar boxing legend Dave Leduc he will be coming to Cambodia to fight in what has been billed by some as potentially the biggest fighting event in South-East Asian history.

In the post he thanked Prime-Minister in waiting Hun Manet, as well in voting him to come and watch the fight, so he can “shake his hand”. He has since been replied to that he will be “very welcome” to visit the Kingdom.

He further spoke to the friendship between Myanmar and Cambodia, as well as pointing to his millions of followers in his home country.

What’s the plan for the match?

Leduc has agreed to fight under Kun Khmer rules against Prom Samnang on November 5th 2023 art Town TV in Phnom Penh and is expected to be both a live and TV sellout.

The event and match is being hosted an promoted by Tommy Tan, as well as the Kun Khmer Federation of Cambodia.
