Supposedly one of the “biggest” clubs in Cambodia now, ISI Dangkor Senchey FC certainly have the backing and infrastructure to be big players within the Kingdom. This will be their first season in the top flight of Cambodia.

Despite being heavily fancied for the CPL 2 title last year they were pipped by EDC FC. Yet despite this they were promoted anyway, an act that arguable led to the downfall of EDC FC.
They have made a number of impressive signings and will be confident of doing something this season.

Who is the ISI Coach?
Managed by Cambodian Siek Sovann who led to the club to runners up in CPL 2 during the 2022 season, where they were narrowly pipped by EDC FC.
Top Players
The captain and star man is Abdel Kader Coulibaly alongside a slew of promising young Khmer players.
Still have a number of foreigner sports to fill, despite recently signing Timor-Leste star Jhon.

The absolute aim is to be competitive in the top flight of Cambodian football, although whether they can do this in their first season is yet to be seen. Unlikely to be at the top, nor struggling against relegation.
