The popular football social media chancel Kingdom of Football will be doing their on the pitch in the coming weeks, with the announcement of three friendly matches.
The exhibition matches are being taken part in by a number of players who have come to Cambia on trial with an interesting in playing in the kingdom.
Who. Are they playing?
The club will play the first of their 3 matches against newly promoted Prey Veng at wipes field on June 3rd. This will followed up with a match against Boeung Ket on June 6th at Army Stadium, before finishing against Next Step FC at the AEU Stadium in Kandal.
As the matches are being held at professional stadiums they will be open to the public, as well as being streamed online for fans.
According to KOF chief Arran Jame4s Horton there were a number of talents within the team, but he particularly pointed out Tommy O’Sullivan who has played professionally in England and Wales.
With all of the players being free agents it is hoped that many will impress and find clubs within the Cambodia.
What else do I need to know?
The games are been sponsored by sports fashion brand Desportol, who are not only kitting out Kingdom of Football, but are also the official shirt suppliers of Next Step FC, This will make it the first ever time that two teams kitted out by the brand will play against each other.
