EXPECTATIONS
The golden generation of football in Timor is thriving and there are many who believe this group of players could bring home a medal from Cambodia. The opening game against Cambodia will give us the best indication of how far this team will go.
THE GROUP
Group A is wide open after Indonesia, who are expected to win the group with relative ease. Cambodia, Myanmar & Philippines will be three very tight games with anyone of the four able to set themselves up with a semi final vs Thailand, Vietnam or Malaysia.

Cambodian fans will know all about poster boy Mouzinho but it’s the midfield maestro John Frith
who we ear mark at the man to watch. Linked with Next Step FC already there’s general feeling that this young man is about to explode into the scene. He has everything.
