It’s an interesting matchup this year as ice-cold second-year Bengals QB Joe Burrows faces off against seasoned vet Matthew Stafford of the Rams. The Rams are heavy favorites, but the Bengals have the hot hand and perhaps that “it” factor to pull an upset.
